"Helpful, but the alerts can be awkwardly unreliable"
I do like using Artful Agenda to keep my day organized, and it helps me feel a little more put together. But I’m kind of embarrassed to admit there have been a few times where I missed something because the reminder either came late or I didn’t notice it until after the fact. The app is still useful, and I like the overall setup, I just really wish the notifications were more dependable. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing either

I found it super easy to customize, or at least it felt that way to me. I kept thinking I might be missing something, but everything was straightforward and I was able to get it set up how I wanted without much trouble.

"Makes the weekly chaos way easier"
I mainly use Artful Agenda for all the repeat stuff in my life, like the kids’ practices, bills, and weekly reminders. I’m not usually a fan of having another app to keep up with, but somehow this one actually makes things feel less annoying. Setting up recurring events is simple, and I love not having to type the same things over and over. It’s kind of a small thing, but it saves me from a bunch of little headaches every week. I’m surprisingly happy with it so far, even though I still complain about needing a planner at all.

"Calendar sync has been solid"
My calendars seem to sync pretty much right away, and I haven’t noticed any random missing events or anything weird like that. I’m not saying I check every single thing, but if nothing looks wrong, then it’s working in my book

"Good layout, but the spacing feels a bit off"
The layout works well overall, and I didn’t have much trouble finding my way around. I did keep noticing the spacing though, like some parts felt a little too cramped while others had more room than they needed. Maybe it’s just me, but my eyes kept drifting around instead of landing where they should. Still, the setup is solid, just wish the spacing was a bit better

It does what it’s supposed to do, but it takes longer to load than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but the slow startup feels avoidable and gets a little frustrating after a while

"Takes a Little Clicking Around"
I started using Artful Agenda and, it’s easy once you figure out where everything is. At first I kept assuming certain settings would be in the usual spots, but a few menus weren’t where I expected, so I had to click around a bit. After that, it worked fine overall. It’s not quite as smooth as I was hoping, but it gets the job done.

"Good for quick notes, but organizing them is a chore"
I use Artful Agenda mostly for quick notes, and for that it does the job well. It’s easy enough to jot something down when I need to. My only gripe is that organizing those notes feels like extra work, which kind of defeats the purpose when I’m trying to stay on top of things. It’s not bad at all, just not my favorite part of the app

The habit tracking works okay, but it could be a lot better. I feel like I have to be way more patient with it than I should, especially when I just want to quickly check things off and move on.

"My lists are finally in one spot"
I mostly use Artful Agenda for keeping track of my lists, it’s made my day-to-day life feel a lot less scattered. Groceries, errands, random things I swear I’ll forget two minutes later, I can put it all in one place and actually keep up with it.

I really like being able to move things around and check stuff off without the whole thing turning into a mess. It’s simple in the best way, and I appreciate that because there’s no reason a planning app should make life more complicated just to seem fancy

"Cute, but could use more variety"
I do like the icons and stickers overall, they’re cute and easy to use. I just wish there were more options, because after a while a lot of them start to feel kind of repetitive. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service about it because, i don’t usually trust them to do much besides send a generic reply. Still, the app has some nice stuff if you don’t mind the limited variety.

"Reliable for Everyday Use"
I use it pretty much every day, it’s been really dependable. Bugs are rare, which I appreciate because it’s just nice when something works the way it’s supposed to without making your day harder.

"Sync is hit or miss"
Sync works sometimes, but not consistently. One day everything updates like it should, and the next it just seems to hang or miss things for no obvious reason. I’m not totally sure, but it feels like maybe it depends on the connection or whatever is happening in the background with the app. It’s usable, just a bit unreliable.

"Honestly, It’s Been Really Fast for Me"
I don’t know why some people act like every planner app has to be slow or clunky, because Artful Agenda has been really quick for me. Pages open right away, and I’m not stuck sitting there waiting like I have been with other apps. Even when I’m jumping between my calendar and lists, it keeps up just fine. Maybe that sounds like a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re using it every day.

"More frustrating than helpful"
I really wanted this to make my day easier, but it just kept getting annoying. The task lists would glitch out, and then reminders wouldn’t show up when I actually needed them. I’d add something, think I was set, then later realize it never reminded me. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it ended up being more hassle than it was worth...

"Runs Smooth, So I’m Totally Calm About It"
I’ve been using Artful Agenda on my phone for a few weeks now, and it’s been working really well for me. It opens fast, doesn’t freeze, and syncing has been quick whenever I add something. I like being able to check my day without tapping through a million things, which is great because I’m definitely calm and not at all impatient about that stuff. There was one tiny lag once, but nothing serious. Overall, I’m really happy with it so far.

"Google Calendar sync works, but the wait is annoying"
The Google Calendar sync works fine for me once it kicks in, which is great. I just wish it didn’t take so long sometimes because sitting around waiting for things to update gets frustrating.

I use this mostly for my work calendar, and it just works well overall. I did run into one issue where an event got duplicated, but reconnecting fixed it. Other than that, I’m just happy with how it’s been working.

I also like that I can move tasks around easily, so if my day changes, my list can change with it.
